Poop is technically made up of 75% water, undigested fibre, bacteria and mucus. As icky has this may sound, we all do this frequently. When we don’t, there would be a big problem. When they are out, you feel lighter and relieved due to the fact that they weren’t supposed to be there anyways.

There’s no general accepted number of times you can poop. Most people have a regular bowel pattern. They have a particular time they do each day and they know what triggers it.

We all react to food differently, not all weird things are actually really weird enough to cause a bowel reaction for some people.
